WORKSHOP MAINTENANCE:
Electricity & Instrumentation - Valves and controls - Safety valves - Control valves

Barep control ses ateliers systématiquement

The operations performed in our workshops are subject to rigorous and systematic processes.

detailed operating procedures support our offers for each type of equipment.

All spare parts are genuine manufacturer's parts, and no operation and/or supply is undertaken without the end user’s prior agreement.

Our information system processes maintenance orders, end of works reports and digital recordings of tests.

Internet access is available for you to track your order step by step, if you wish to do so.

Maintenance en atelier

Workshop maintenance - Electricity & Instrumentation:

1. Calibration
Checks on operational parameters, validation, minor adjustments and settings, tests.

2. Overhaul
Dismantling, cleaning and expert assessment of components, refitting, adjustments and tests.

Workshop maintenance - Valves and controls:

Standards
• Oil industry: API 598, French Standard NF M 87-401
• EN 12266 / ISO 5208

This pressurized equipment is systematically dismantled and cleaned before in-depth expert assessment. BAREP has the machining and grinding/lapping resources necessary for reconditioning sealing elements. After refitting, each appliance is tested individually before painting.

BAREP workshops are designed and equipped to meet all your requirements during shutdowns and/or in special cases.

Workshop maintenance - Safety valves:

Standards
• DE 97/23/EC , Decree 99-1046 of 13/12/1999
• Order of 15th March 2000
• API 526, API 527, KELLOG M 24-15
• ISO 4126-1/4/7

Workshop maintenance operations on safety valves are performed:

• On commissioning of new equipment:
verification of settings, opening pressure values
• On periodic inspection or re-qualification
of equipment (order of 15th March 2000)

Workshop servicing allows valve re-qualification, via expert assessment of the valve components and valve adjustment on the test bench.

On completion of the re-qualification process, BAREP issues a report, including tightness and pressure curves at the beginning of valve opening.

Workshop maintenance - Control valves:

Automatic valves consist of a mechanical section and a actuator. The assembled unit performs a specific control function (linear, equal percentage, on/off)

With its teams and its own resources, BAREP performs all maintenance operations to achieve full restoration of this function.

Whether the actuator is electric, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic, all equipment is tested on arrival in order to validate its operational parameters.

After complete dismantling, refurbishment or replacement of components, the operational characteristics of the equipment are tested and adjusted.
