ON-SITE MAINTENANCE:
Electricity & Instrumentation - Valves and controls - Safety valves - Control valves - Tightness

Due to reasons involving deadlines and/or technology, maintenance operations can be performed on site. In the energy sector the operations performed by BAREP often include on-site operations.

On-site maintenance - Electricitι & Instrumentation :

• Calibration
• Standard exchanges
• Adjustment of valves and positioners
• Inspection of electric actuators
• Synchronization

On-site maintenance - Valves and controls :

• Equipment dismantling and refitting
• Replacement of packing
• Hot tightening operations
• Lubrication campaign
• Machining of flanges and valve seats
• Overhaul of welded valves and controls

On-site flange machining and seat grinding

On-site maintenance - Safety valves:

• Tests on mobile bench and re-qualification
• Manoeuvrability test
• Online testings and settings adjustments

Mobile workshop: re-qualification of valves for a pharmaceuticals plant

On-site maintenance - Control valves:

• Verification campaign
• Overhaul of actuators
• Equipment dismantling and refitting
• Overhaul of welded valve
• Dismantling and refitting of desuperheating valve seats
• Adjustment and hot testing in start-up phase

Incineration plant: Replacement of BTG desuperheating valve seating

On-site maintenance - Tightness - Controlled bolting - torque and tension:

The use of controlled bolting (torque and tension) guarantees control of tightening and tightness from the start.

In the industrial sector in France and Algeria, BAREP works with its partner HYDRATIGHT.

We use HYDRATIGHT technology to ensure the best possible choice of tightening solutions:

• Hydraulic keys
• Tightening by tension
• Tightening by induction

Engineering works are carried out for each tightening operation, giving rise to a calculation note and an operating procedure executed by qualified personnel.

With BAREP you have the option of either renting equipment, with or without technicians, and/or purchasing the most frequently used equipment.
